Authorized Signatories, Beneficial owners(s)/Director (s) to the Account(s) are required to provide: –
- Completed and signed Account Opening form (provided)
- Signed Financial Agreement (provided)
- Completed and signed Resolution of Banking & Security
- Two pieces of valid Government issued ID (Passport, Electoral Card and Drivers License).
- Utility bill or rental agreement to confirm current address (Note it must be in the name of the account holder.)
- Job Letter
Copies of the following corporate legal documents:-
- Certificate of Incorporation
- Certificate of Good Standing (if formation is older than one year)
- Memorandum and Articles of Association (with subscribers’ seal or stamp).
- Registered or Bearer Shares. If bearer, Director’s attestation to beneficial ownership
- Business Plan
- Subscribers’ appointment of initial directors and amendments thereafter
