Loans:

If you do not have an account, you can apply for a loan; however, once a loan application is approved a CUB account will be required for loan servicing.

We offer loans for small businesses and general business purposes, medical emergencies, education, new or used vehicle purchase, vacation/travel, debt consolidation, home repairs, mortgages and land purchases.
For some loan facilities a deposit is required, however the amount may be negotiable. For unsecured loans up to a certain amount, no deposit is required. Contact the Credit Department for more information. contact us
Repayment periods can range from as low as one (1) year for small personal loans to thirty (30) years for mortgages.

Credit Cards:

You can visit our Friars’ Hill or Factory Road branches to make payments. For your added convenience, yo can log on to our online banking platform and process a credit card payment from any of your CUB accounts. Payments processed online should allow for as much as two (2) business days for the payment to be applied. We also offer standing order services, which for a nominal monthly fee, can be used to make automatic monthly payments to your card account.
You will need to complete the section on the Credit Card Application form titled Co-Applicant and sign the form as the Primary Cardholder. The form should be submitted to the Credit Department, along with two copies of the Authorized User’ identification.
You should report it to the Card Services Department immediately at 268 481-8250 or send an email to [email protected]. A Card Services Representative will block your existing card and promptly order a replacement card upon your confirmation.
You should notify the bank when you are traveling to ensure there are no disruptions with your ability to use your card. These disruptions could occur due to fraud parameters set by the Bank or VISA to protect your account. By informing the Bank, we can tailor these parameters to facilitate your travel for a specific period of time.

Retail Banking:

It is quick and easy to open a savings account with Caribbean Union Bank. All that is required from you is: • Two (2) valid pieces of Government issued Identification • Proof of Address • Job Letter • Funds to open account
