Community Involvement

As an indigenous commercial bank, we believe it is important to contribute to the development of our communities. For this reason, we make every effort to support initiatives in the areas of education, sports, culture, community development, and the environment. In so doing, we aim to empower the people of Antigua and Barbuda by playing an active role in projects that benefit our island and provide advancement opportunities.

In keeping with our focus on education, CUB consistently contributes to institutions and groups who work diligently in their support of participants who pursue academic excellence.

Our Sponsorship Review Committee continues to refine the Bank’s outreach programme by partnering with initiatives that grow communities and help ensure healthy development. We proudly support worthy causes, established organisations, authentic charities and numerous efforts that add value to our communities.

Caribbean Union Bank sponsorship initiatives have also included the Eastern Caribbean Central Bank’s (ECCB) Financial Information Month.  Annually, during the month of October we take great pleasure in participating in activities that bring public awareness to the benefits of developing good financial habits … CUB Cares!
