Night Deposit

Caribbean Union Bank (CUB) offers an exciting service that allows for 24/7 banking. We offer a night depository at our Friar’s Hill branch, for those businesses which are active outside the normal operating hours.

If Using a CUB night deposit or ‘bank’ bag, you may drop your deposits in the night deposit chute using the access key we have issued to you. The deposit chute is located outside the main entrance of the bank.

These are important notations when using our night depository

• Lock bags will be required for all deposits.
• A completed deposit slip must be included with each deposit.
• A completed Source of Funds Declaration must be included with each deposit exceeding XCD $25,000.00.
• Your account will be credited the following business day.

No matter when you decide to make your deposits, you can feel comfortable knowing your deposits are safe within the bank. To begin making after hours’ deposits, just visit our convenient Friar’s Hill branch. Our operations staff will assist in making the arrangements.

E-Statement

In addition to our commitment to providing convenience and superior service, we have a responsibility to preserve the environment. Caribbean Union Bank’s monthly electronic bank statements provide many benefits including:

• Archive your electronic statements online
• Quick and reliable online delivery to your email account
• View, save or print the electronic version of your statement at your convenience
• Protect access to your E-Statements using a secure account log in
• Notifications will be emailed to you when a new statement is available

ATMs

Our Automated Teller Machines (ATMs) network allows you to bank at your convenience. We have even installed a drive through ATM at our Friar’s Hill premises so that you do not have to leave the comfort of your vehicle or worry about parking. And best of all, all ATM transactions are absolutely free. Once you open any account with us, you will automatically receive an ATM card and signed on to our ATM network.
